The last dispatch will be at 2pm AEST on Tuesday the 23rd of December. Orders must be placed before 1pm AEST to be included in the last dispatch window. Orders placed after 1pm AEST will be sent in the new year.
There will be no order dispatching or email support from close of business (2pm AEST) on Tuesday the 23rd of December, and during the advised closure times below.
We will resume normal working and dispatch times from Monday the 5th of January 2025.

Please Note: All orders placed from 1pm AEST on Tuesday the 23rd of December 2024, until re-opening on Monday the 5th of January 2025, will be dispatched across the Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday - 5th, 6th and 7th of January respectively.

For all tracking and delivery inquiries, please contact the delivery company directly using the tracking number supplied with your purchase as your reference number. Please be aware estimated delivery times are advised by all carriers as longer than average currently, with these services under peak demand during this time of year. The upcoming Public Holidays will also delay delivery times. For untracked deliveries, please note the estimate delivery times are out to 10-12 business days to all locations during the peak Christmas/New Year Period.
