Is Switch Boss an Australian Company?

Yes. Switch Boss is based in South-East Brisbane, in Queensland. We are owned and operated solely within Australia. We operate under an Australian ABN and we are registered for GST. 

How much is Shipping/ Postage?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all our products. Express Shipping is $10 and can be selected in the Check Out.

Can you ship my purchase overseas?

Unfortunately we cannot accept any orders from outside of Australia. At this stage, we can only accept and dispatch orders within Australia, including all Australian addresses registered with Australia Post.

Do I need to Login, or make an Account to purchase from the website?

No. An account is not required to purchase from our website. Simply Check Out once all products are added to your cart and fill the the required information. For more information, please see How To Order.

Can I visit you and view your range of products?

As an online retailer, unfortunately we do not currently have an office/ showroom open to the public. As we continue to grow, we are working to open a showroom available to the public in the future.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once checkout is complete, we normally process all orders within the same or next business day. Our Free Shipping service normally takes 2-7 business days, however we do allow for a maximum of 10 business days for all addresses within Australia, with on-going advice from Australia Post regarding nationwide average delivery times. Can I pick up from your store in Brisbane?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer a Pick Up Service. We have Free Shipping on all products Australia Wide, and if you're local, postage generally only takes a couple of days. We also have Express Shipping for $10, flat rate.

How are your products notably cheaper than other brands/retailers?

Switch Boss is a brand, not just a retail store. We only stock and sell Switch Boss products, not products supplied by other brands. Simply put, this means there is no "middle man" and increased costs, as you would find in general automotive retail stores.

I can't find the product I require on your website?

If you can't find a product on our website, please Contact Us. We may be able to direct to the product if we stock it. We are updating our product range regularly, so we may even have a product ready in our warehouse which isn't online yet.

I'm not sure your OEM Replacement product will fit my vehicle/application?

We understand choosing the correct products can be difficult at times, with so many options and variables. We have tried to include as much sizing information as possible within our advertisements. If you are still not sure if a certain product will work for you, please feel free to Contact Us for assistance.

Can I get a Tax Invoice with my purchase?

Yes. We have specially formatted our Order Confirmation email to meet all ATO guidelines regarding tax invoices. The Order Confirmation email you receive shortly following purchase is fully compliant as a Tax Invoice as per ATO guidelines.  

Can you tell me how to wire this into my vehicle?

All wiring information listed within our advertisements is related to the general use and application of that item, and should be considered general only. Unfortunately we cannot provide wiring/ electrical information specific to your application or vehicle. We always recommend to contact a qualified Auto Electrician for professional assistance.

Can I return my product if I bought the wrong one?
